We couldn’t let this day pass without lending a DBP hand in an attempt to answer the wine-drinker’s million dollar question – what wine should I pair with my food (or vice versa)?! Creating the ideal pairing isn’t quite rocket science, but it’s not always easy either. In this episode we share some tips and tricks for putting together a great pairing. There are certainly some guiding principles to make your mouth do a little happy dance as you sip and nibble, but remember: taste is subjective.
