With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, we thought what better time to focus our conversation – and beverage – on the twins we’ve got on the front of our bodies. One in eight woman will develop breast cancer in her lifetime, a sobering statistic for sure. The good news is there are higher survival rates and technology that improves detection. Still, breast cancer is a scary thing, and we want to be sure our DBPeeps are informed and have a better understanding of how to support those affected. While drinking the Montes Twins red blend, we run through recent statistics surrounding breast cancer, preventive measures, symptoms, and resources that exist. So wear pink, pour a drink, and cheers to boobies!
