As these electric “vehicles” invade downtown areas of cities around the country, we couldn’t help but ask – What’s all the hoopla about? Well, for one (or two or three), they are cheap, convenient, and fun!! But this seemingly innocent and attractive new transit option can come with dangerous risk of serious injury or death if not used properly.
